Leadership
Bryheim Murray,
Managing Partner
Bryheim Murray is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of BKP Development Group, where he directs the company’s real estate operations, including finance, acquisitions, and development strategy. In 2015, while still a student, he co-founded BKP, initially concentrating on single-family property acquisitions. Under his leadership, the firm has since expanded its portfolio and scope. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
Kyle Easley,
Managing Partner
Kyle Easley is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of BKP Development Group where he is responsible for the overall execution of the company’s project portfolio and investment strategy. Kyle is also charged with identifying new business opportunities where BKP can promote equitable development throughout the various communities in which it builds. Prior to co-founding BKP, Kyle served as Development Manager & Deputy General Counsel for Banneker Ventures, a minority-owned development and general contracting firm based in Maryland. Kyle earned his Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Clark Atlanta University.
Jelani Moore,
Development Analyst
Jelani Moore serves as the Development Analyst at BKP Development Group, where he plays an integral role in advancing the firm’s real estate development projects. Jelani is responsible for conducting detailed financial analyses, building models, and evaluating prospective development opportunities to ensure project viability and growth potential. Jelani graduated from Monmouth University’s Leon Hess Business School in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in Finance and Real Estate.
