BKP Development Group, LLC takes your privacy very seriously.  This privacy policy provides you with information about how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

  1. Introduction.
    1. About This Privacy Policy. BKP Development Group, LLC (“us”, “our”, or “we”) is the owner of this web site (“Site”).  We can be contacted by e-mail at info@bkpdg.com. This privacy policy discloses our information practices for this Site, including how your collected information is used, and with whom the information is shared. Please note, that other web sites controlled by us may be governed by privacy notices containing different information practices applicable to those sites.  This privacy policy may be supplemented by additional privacy statements, terms or notices provided to you.
    2. Website Visits.  Our Site is for general use only and contains pages that provide general information about our work and services.  Our Site may be updated at any time, without notice. In general, you can visit our Site without disclosing any personal information. We analyze the data gathered from Site visits for trends and statistics, and then we discard the gathered data.
    3. Providing Your Contact Information Through Our Website. At times, you may opt to provide your personal information, and will request that we contact you about your inquiry.  In order to respond to an online inquiry, we may need to know your name, mailing address, or e-mail address. It is our intent to inform you now, before we collect personal information, such as name and/or address on the Internet.     1. Limited Uses Identified. Without your prior consent, we will not use your personal identifiable information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted.  We use personal identifiable information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, provide operational notices and in operational record-keeping.

  5. Use of Computer Tracking Technologies.
    1. No Tracking of Personal Information.  Our Site is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Through web site access logs, our Site does collect clickstream data and HTTP protocol elements, which generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff for research and development, user analysis and business decision making, all of which provides better services to the public. The statistics garnered, which contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information, may also be provided to third parties.
    2. Use of Cookies. We, or our third-party vendors, collect non-identifiable and personal information through the use of various technologies, including “cookies”. A cookie is an alphanumeric identifier that a Web site can transfer to user’s hard drive through user’s browser. The cookie is then stored on user’s computer as an anonymous tag that identifies the user’s computer, but not the user. Cookies may be sent by us or our third-party vendors.  A Site user may set its browser to notify the user before a cookie is received, giving an opportunity to decide whether to accept the cookie.  A Site user may also set its browser to turn off cookies; however, some websites may not then work properly.
    3. Collection of Non-Identifiable Information.  We may collect non-identifiable information from user visits to our Site in order to provide better customer service. Examples of such collecting include: traffic analysis, such as tracking of the domains from which users visit, or tracking numbers of visitors; measuring visitor activity on our Site; website and system administration; user analysis; and business decision making. Such information is sometimes known as “clickstream data.”  We, or our contractors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics.

    2. No Liability for Acts of Third Parties. We will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of user personal information.     1. Changes to Privacy Policy. This privacy notice was last updated on 03/10/2022.  We reserve the right to change or update our Site’s privacy policy statement at any time. A notice of any material change will be posted on the Site prior to the implementation of such change.
    2. Opt-Out Right. A Site user has the right at any time to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used, or disclosed by us, and/or by any third parties with whom we have shared and/or transferred such personal information. Right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting us via e-mail at info@bkpdg.com. After processing the cancellation, we will delete the user’s personal information from our data base.
  8. Access Rights to Data.
    1. Corrections and Changes to Personal Information. Help us to keep your personal information accurate. If your personal information changes, or if a Site user notes an error upon review of user information that we have on file, please promptly e-mail us at info@bkpdg.com and provide the new or correct information.

Users may request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information for their direct marketing purposes, or a reasonable description of user’s personally identifiable information that we hold about you. A small fee will be payable to us for providing you with information in response to such requests. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph.
